By downloading or using SmokeClock ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

SmokeClock is an iOS application designed to help users gradually reduce and ultimately quit smoking by following a personalized daily schedule. The app is available on the Apple App Store.

3. Not medical advice

SmokeClock is an informational tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not provide medical guidance. If you have health concerns related to smoking or quitting, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the app.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Free trial

SmokeClock offers a 3-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.

Monthly subscription

The monthly subscription is an auto-renewable subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Lifetime access

The lifetime purchase grants permanent access to all features with a single one-time payment. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency via the App Store and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and functionality of SmokeClock — including but not limited to graphics, logos, and code — is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific expectations or health goals.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
